This conference brings together industry, the public sector and academia to discuss innovation for Scotland's Energy Strategy. Key academics and businesses will present their research expertise and needs, from which the conference will identify avenues of cooperation that will support the strategy.
The recent publication by the Scottish Government of the Energy Strategy sets a vision for the future of Scotland’s energy sector to supply secure, reliable and affordable energy. With this vision comes a set of challenges and opportunities for industry, the public sector, and academia to work together in developing the innovation required to meet the challenging climate change ambitions.
The conference has been themed, in order to cover a variety of topics, including CCS, and help you identify opportunities for innovation. There will be the chance to take part in 1-2-1s for networking, knowledge exchange and learning about funding opportunities.
