Venue: Rm 302, Crew Building, King's Buildings, | City: Edinburgh, United Kingdom
Our bi-monthly CCS Group meeting for researchers in our partner institutes.
Our next meeting will be a celebration of the international links within the SCCS research partnership. Join us on the 16th whether you're involved in research abroad or just keen to find out more about the range of SCCS projects and internships under way across the globe.
We'll have a talk from Dr David Vega-Maza (University of Aberdeen, School of Engineering), who is currently exploring research links between Mexico and Scotland. Abigail Gonzalez (University of Edinburgh, School of Engineering) will be talking about her own research links with Mexico. And Yutong Shu (University of Edinburgh, School of GeoSciences) will tell us more about her involvement in the UK-China (Guangdong) CCUS Centre and her recent internship in Guangdong. As usual, the meeting will also be a great opportunity to meet fellow researchers from the SCCS partner institutes, and explore potential collaborations. Be prepared for an icebreaker session to help get you talking. We look forward to seeing you there.
