The SCCS partnership has a strong track record of world-class research into all aspects of CCS. Work carried out by researchers at SCCS Partner Institutes and the SCCS Secretariat supports industry, regulators and government. The SCCS Secretariat have led on several reports commissioned by the Scottish Government, and undertaken projects with international partners in many different countries and with the Global CCS Institute.
The SCCS Secretariat leads or takes a major role in projects such as Joint Industry Projects (JIPs), Accelerating CCS Technology (ACT) projects, Horizon 2020 projects, Horizon Europe projects, and projects with other funding sources. Active Projects Completed ProjectsThrough our partner institutions, SCCS is linked to many other, wide-ranging projects in the field of CCS and beyond. These Partner Projects are listed in a searchable database. Many entries give links to more details of the project. We try to keep this database up to date, but with around 200 projects going back more than ten years, this is not always possible.
